IT Manager

Mount Holyoke College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our Endpoint Services team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoint infrastructure, ensuring the security and availability of our devices, and providing technical expertise to our staff and faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of technical experts to deliver reliable and secure technology services
- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps to improve endpoint services
- Establish policies, procedures, and practices to ensure effective and sustainable service delivery
- Oversee the implementation of patch management, endpoint security, and endpoint architecture
- Ensure compliance with regulations, vendor agreements, and software licenses
- Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle, including computer purchasing policies and procedures
- Contribute to the administration of college technology platforms, such as M365/Intune, Adobe Console, and Google
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in endpoint management and desktop support
- Expertise in M365 administration, including Entra/AD, Intune/Defender/Autopilot, and Group Policy
- Adept problem solver with experience in leading technology projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Combination of certifications, such as Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, M365 Administration, Apple School Manager, Jamf, and Keyserver AllSight
- Service-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a higher education or non-profit environment
- Process improvement and policy/procedure development
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts
- Experience with Workday (HCM/FIN), TeamDynamix, or iPaaS
