About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Media Manager to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our Customer Insights team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing media strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for media performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments.
  • Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting.
  • Tell data stories that support sales pitches and case studies.
  • Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative.
  • 5 years of experience in insights and analytics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics.
  • Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management.
  • Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA).
  • Leading teams and proven business impact.
  • Experience managing global teams.
  • Experience working in a retail environment.
  • Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.).

Pay Range

$95, $159,200.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
