About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Registration and Experience Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. As a key member of our Restaurant Support Office (RSO), you will be responsible for elevating the internal attendee experience through advanced registration processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee event registration processes from start to finish, including setup, customization, and maintenance of registration platforms and attendee apps.
  • Develop, customize, and manage event-specific attendee apps to enhance the attendee experience, enabling features such as agendas, session information, personalized schedules, networking tools, and real-time updates.
  • Manage attendee lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and address registration-related inquiries and troubleshooting needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Cane's corporate hierarchy and structure.
  • Act as a liaison between the communications and travel teams to ensure cohesive messaging regarding attendee registration, travel logistics, and event details.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event registration management, attendee app development, or a similar role, with a strong background in corporate event planning.
  • Proficiency with CVENT registration and event management software and Attendee Hub App required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving event requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attendee support.
About You

You must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred. Additional training or certifications in event management, attendee app development, or registration management are also desired.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
