Job Summary

We are seeking an Enrichment Program Leader (Sports) to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading energizing, fun, safe, and educational classes that accomplish the YMCA mission and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all ages, levels, and abilities of children.
  • Lead classes with enthusiasm and energy, motivating children to participate and learn.
  • Ensure classes are executed safely and efficiently, with a focus on emergency and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programs and activities that meet the needs of our members.
  • Attend training and organizational meetings as requested by your supervisor.
  • Follow YMCA Human Resources & Risk Management policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with children.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the activity is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
