Volleyball Coach

River Crossing YMCA is seeking a skilled Volleyball Instructor to lead our youth volleyball programs and leagues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing participation, leading engaging programs, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Develop and implement volleyball programs that cater to diverse age groups, abilities, and skill levels.
• Build strong relationships with program participants, parents, and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• Maintain knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols to ensure a secure program.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote program participation and engagement.
• Contribute to the development of program materials, schedules, and promotional activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children in a high-energy environment.
• A background in competitive or recreational sports, particularly volleyball.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as this role requires physical activity.
