Job Description

The HMIS-CRM System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining Pine Street Inn's primary client-serving system of record. This position is responsible for configuration and maintenance of the HMIS-CRM platform to support data-driven, client-centric case management and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the HMIS-CRM platform to meet programmatic and user needs.
  • Create custom data elements, forms, assessments, reports, and dashboards to support data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless migration of data into and out of the HMIS platform.
  • Collaborate with Pine Street Inn's Information Technology Services Department on data collection needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with two to five years of database applications and administrative experience, preferably in human services.
  • Experience in basic statistics.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet use, telephone systems, and copy/scanner machines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Salary Range: $62,500 - $75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
