The Project Coordinator serves as a key support member, assisting the Project Management Office team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLookups, and formulas.
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Teams experience, with the ability to manage and facilitate chats, posts, files, calendars, calls, and meetings.
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Word and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create, manipulate, and save documents.
  • Inventory analysis and coordination/management experience.

Please note that this role requires strong MS Excel skills, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLookups, and formulas. The maximum rate for this position is $24/hr on a W2 basis.
