- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assure compliance with Quality Assurance Programs.
- Business Development: Work with Contracting Manager and medical groups to develop business relationships.
- Leadership: Promote and support our company's vision, mission, and values.
- Performance Management: Achieve targeted volumes for business unit.
- Team Management: Manage team members and business operations to achieve organizational objectives.
- Financial Management: Prepare operating budgets and effectively analyze performance against those budgets.
- Cost Management: Manage costs and expenses appropriately.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
- Training and Development: Train new managers and work to increase retention and reduce avoidable turnover.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain employee morale and employee satisfaction at levels conducive to maintaining high productivity.
- Education: A four-year degree in business administration or health care administration is required.
- Experience: Six or more years of experience in the radiology service industry and management experience is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives. Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication. Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members. Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to team members. Ability to maintain proactive relationships with referring physicians. Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations. Knowledge of developing budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge. Demonstrates leadership skills in interactions with staff, peers in senior management. Maintains a 'team' mentality within Clinical Operations and as a member of senior management.
