Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Services Coordinator to join our team at McMillan Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the preparation of cases, including document drafting, research, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances, as well as preparing and sending correspondence to clients and other parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry, email management, and software applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; two years' experience in a legal setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software applications, as well as basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
