Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our water damage restoration crew. As a Water Damage Crew Lead, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, setting up efficient job flows, coordinating requirements, completing job documentation, and supervising production work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls and establish efficient job flows
  • Coordinate requirements for jobs and complete job documentation
  • Supervise production work and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish
  • Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site
  • Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers
