Position Overview

Compensation Analyst
Remote position
Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:30PM Monday-Friday EST


Compensation:
$27-$30 per hour based on experience

A prominent manufacturer in the hearing aid sector is seeking a Compensation Analyst. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Ceridian / Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer multiple bi-weekly payroll cycles and associated tasks
  • Serve as a backup for other payroll processors to ensure timely payroll execution
  • Input data into payroll and administrative systems and software
  • Gather timesheet data and payroll details
  • Compute wages, benefits, tax withholdings, commissions, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks and manage cash deposits
  • Ensure precise documentation of payroll records and transactions
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
Must have proficiency in Ceridian / Dayforce
