Job Title: UiPath Automation Developer

Location: Piscataway, NJ/ Farmington, CT


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UIPath RPA Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using the UIPath platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale RPA initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design RPA workflows, and ensure seamless integration with cloud services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UIPath Studio that meet the business requirements and are in line with the company's automation strategies.
  • Integrate RPA components with AWS services for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to identify and assess the feasibility of automation opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of RPA bots using UIPath Orchestrator and manage bot performance and utilization.
  • Utilize AWS services like Lambda, S3, EC2, and others to optimize the automation environment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA workflows, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  • Adhere to best practices in coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Document the automation procedures thoroughly to maintain a clear understanding of the processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the automated processes.
  • Stay current with the latest RPA and AWS technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UIPath RPA Developer with a solid understanding of workflow design principles.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and application programming interfaces (APIs).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • UIPath Advanced Developer Certification.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator Certifications.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning services on AWS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
