Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social services to patients and their families. Your expertise will be essential in developing, coordinating, and facilitating direct social services, as well as performing duties as directed by your manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring goals are SMART and patient-specific.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to System policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate treatment outcomes and modify care plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions, promoting patient empowerment and self-awareness.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, addressing grievances and concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • In-training licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions, human growth, and behavior dynamics.
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification within 30 days of hire, with bi-annual re-certification.
  • Formal training in managing aggressive patients (NCI) within 60 days of hire, with annual re-certification.
