We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Team Crew Chief to join our team at SERVPRO of Pflugerville/Stillwater/Guthrie/S Tulsa/Edmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restoration technicians and ensuring that every job is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Management: Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate clearly with customers, explaining processes and answering questions as needed, to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that every job is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Perform and supervise production work, ensuring that every job meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site, ensuring that every job is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems quickly as they arise, ensuring that every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Manage and control job file documentation, ensuring that every job is accurately and completely documented.
  • Cost Management: Manage and control costs of production projects, ensuring that every job is completed within budget.
  • Asset Management: Manage and control assets, including equipment and materials, to ensure that every job is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, ensuring that every job is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Sales and Marketing: Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks, to ensure that every job is completed with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Effective Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning and restoration, with a strong understanding of industry processes and procedures.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and the ability to travel locally and out of state as needed.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
  • Cleaning Products: Exposure to cleaning products, with a strong emphasis on safety and personal protective equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, drive, sit, climb, and work at ceiling heights, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
  • Tight Spaces: Ability to work in tight spaces, including crawls spaces under buildings, with a strong emphasis on safety and personal protective equipment.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying tasks, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
