Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Butler to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Residences Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our esteemed owners, ensuring their every need is met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke residential experiences and services to fulfill owner needs while living in a branded residence.
  • Coordinate and verify that hotel departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet owner needs.
  • Build rapport with owners, proactively anticipating their needs and acting upon them where possible.
  • Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving around and taking care of objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • 6 months related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
