Job Summary

As a Residences Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for Residence owners and their guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for information, special arrangements, or services, making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Provide information to Residence owners and guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, and permit access to authorized individuals, implementing key track system protocols.
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, contacting relevant individuals or departments as necessary.
  • Assist with owners' reservation services, scheduling elevator usage for move-in/out, and providing bell/valet services for owners.
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks, reviewing shift logs and documenting pertinent information.
  • Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, completing safety training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge Residence owners and guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
