Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residences Concierge to join our team at The St. Regis Residences Longboat Key. As a Residences Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident and guest requests for information, special arrangements, or services, making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers as needed.
  • Provide information to residents and guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Announce visitors, contractors, and other individuals to residents before allowing them to enter the premises.
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with scheduling of the elevator for move-in/out for residents/tenants and provide bell/valet services for owners when requested.
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks, including reviewing shift logs/daily memo books and documenting pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Adherence to the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
