  • Team Building and Motivation: Foster a supportive and unified team culture by motivating team members through recognition, incentives, and consistent communication.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between the sales team and upper management, ensuring clear, effective communication and relaying important updates as needed.
  • Recruiting: Develop the capability to independently recruit and build your own team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-Time Position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Salary: $120,000 per year
  • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: after 90 days of employment
  • 401K: after 12 months of employment with company match
  • Bonuses: based on team performance
  • Sales Commission: on personal sales

Location: Our office is located in Merriam, KS. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.
