About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks across multiple McDonald's restaurant locations in Central, Mid-Coast, and Southern Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend lifespan
  • Travel to multiple restaurant locations to perform maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities maintenance
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in electrical, maintenance, or HVAC work
  • Basic electrical and refrigeration skills (certification a plus)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Driver's license required
