Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and promote a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Active SLP License
