Job Title: Staff Chassis Controls Integration Engineer

As a Staff Chassis Controls Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and integration of advanced chassis control systems for our electric and connected vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and optimize chassis control systems, including braking, suspension, and stability control, to enhance vehicle dynamics and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure these systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and fine-tune calibration parameters for optimal chassis control system performance across various driving conditions.
  • Work closely with vehicle dynamics, powertrain, and safety teams to ensure chassis systems integration aligns with overall vehicle performance goals.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of control algorithms for chassis systems.
Requirements:
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Embedded Systems.
  • Strong Electrical and Embedded Systems Engineering fundamentals.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive engineering with a focus on chassis control systems.
  • Proven experience in integrating and calibrating chassis control systems (e.g., ABS, ESC, BTC).
  • 5+ years of experience with Vehicle Network Protocols such as CAN, LIN & Automotive Ethernet.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using calibration tools and software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CANalyzer).
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing safety-critical architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience using embedded networking interface tools for automotive or similar.
  • 5+ year of experience in designing and launching new embedded products (concept to production).
