About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Cash Leader to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business results and supporting the company's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and inventory management.
  • Identify key drivers of negative cash flow and develop strategies to improve cash collections.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to drive business results and achieve Trade Working Capital targets.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on trade working capital and cash management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERPs (SAP, iScala, Oracle) and HFM.
What We Offer

Johnson Controls is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
