About the Role

NFP, a leading provider of insurance and financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Wealth Management team, ensuring seamless client service and experience.
  • Process new client accounts, distributions, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to daily client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other Client Service team members to provide comprehensive support to current and potential clients.
  • Maintain, update, and file client information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Complete administrative tasks, track, and document client data using our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Provide status reports to the Wealth Management Team on account opening and asset transfer progress.
  • Run account maintenance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Schedule and assist in preparation of annual client meetings, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide back-up and support to other Wealth Management team members, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
  • Establish and maintain committed and trusted client, advisor, and vendor relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Complete meeting follow-up duties, such as scheduling asset transfers, gathering paperwork, and requested documents.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Managers regarding account questions, service requests, and all other matters, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Ensure proper execution of Required Minimum Distributions for clients, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in industry meetings and/or other educational opportunities for the purpose of continuing education, professional development, and/or obtaining industry designations.
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as needed, working with partners to solve complex issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-disciplined with a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
