Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Shelby American, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth and expansion.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
