Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. Our compensation package includes an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the RN with new patient appointments and provide support to the nursing staff.
  • Initiate checklist and chart audit and provide to RN once patient plan is established.
  • Track and audit all patient consent forms, alert RN of any deficiencies, and conduct patient follow-up for any missing consents or labs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred, and experience in reproductive medicine or Women's health.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office and clinical setting. You will regularly use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.
