Job Description

This role is centered around maintaining consistency with construction documents and collaborating with the project team. Key responsibilities include site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, producing field observation reports, reviewing contractor submittals, and responding to Requests For Information (RFI's).

The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge of construction systems and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information in a concise manner.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with construction administration standards
  • Ability to stimulate and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for an individual who is friendly, genuinely interested in building relationships, and can maintain them through correct handling of details and follow-up.

A faster-than-average pace is expected for this position, with detail work being a major focus. Corrections must be made in a constructive, supportive manner.

Essential duties include:

  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the project design team

In terms of salary, we estimate it to be between $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
