About the Role:

The Trained Medication Aide (TMA) is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. This includes administering medications and treatments according to our facility's medication policy and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Follow safety protocols and facility medication policy
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care

Requirements:

  • MN NAR and TMA Certification in good standing
  • TMA experience in a nursing home setting
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear verbal and written English skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work every other weekend
