Dispatcher Manager

Angel Care VNA LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of NEMT Dispatcher/Operations Manager. This position offers a unique blend of operations management, customer service, and problem-solving challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate transportation services for patients, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation requests, schedules, and driver assignments.
• Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Address any questions or concerns from patients and families regarding transportation services.
• Monitoring and Problem-Solving:
  • Monitor transportation routes in real-time to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
  • Implement contingency plans for unexpected delays or changes in patient schedules.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the transportation process.
  • Follow up with patients and healthcare facilities to gather feedback and address any concerns.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with drivers and other team members to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient needs and ensure appropriate transportation accommodations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards, qualifications, and location.
