About the Role
We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for working with children and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization. As a Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing behavior training to children in their homes, working closely with our experienced supervisors to develop and implement personalized behavior plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavior training to children in their homes, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with our supervisors to design and implement behavior plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Monitor and track the progress of each child, providing regular updates to our supervisors and parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ABA experience a plus.
- Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting required.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Proof of ability to work in the USA.
What We Offer
