About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for working with children and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization. As a Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing behavior training to children in their homes, working closely with our experienced supervisors to develop and implement personalized behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality behavior training to children in their homes, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with our supervisors to design and implement behavior plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Monitor and track the progress of each child, providing regular updates to our supervisors and parents.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ABA experience a plus.
  • Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting required.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Proof of ability to work in the USA.

What We Offer
