ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at DV Therapy Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

• Work directly with children with special needs in our ABA clinic and various other settings to maximize their benefit.
• Utilize DV Therapy Inc's modified ABA strategies/techniques to build skill repertoires and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Record data to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans and inform future interventions.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as creating stimuli for clients.

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent, with college courses preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
• TB test required.
• Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Exposure to children or a passion for learning more.
• RBT certification a plus.
