Job Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities in their homes.
- Implement behavior plans, provide parent training, and receive ongoing support for professional growth under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work collaboratively with the BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior plans and strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to work with young children with autism.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Educational or work experience in areas such as babysitting, childcare, elementary education, teaching, classroom aid, paraprofessional, special education, early intervention, day care, preschool, head start, camp counselor, teacher, pediatric healthcare professional, etc. (bilingual applicants a plus).
Competitive hourly rate up to $25.00, flexible scheduling with 20-40 hours per week, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
