Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute technical solutions to create systems that meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's vision.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and propose technical solutions that drive business value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Lead large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the well-being of the product, ensuring system performance, maintenance, and efficient design.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business needs, technology advancements, and company goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across finance and IT, communicating vision and ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system landscape, business, and technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in finance and technology, with a focus on paying broker commissions.
  • 5+ years of experience with budget and forecasting processes and systems.
  • Strength in innovating and optimizing existing technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing advanced analytic tools.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
