Role Overview:

As a Beach Server, you will deliver exceptional service by promptly and courteously serving food and beverages to our beach and pool guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and introduce our QR code ordering system.
  • Efficiently take and process guest orders using both QR code and traditional methods.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and more.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while collaborating with the bartending team.
  • Maintain accuracy in orders and promptly address any guest concerns.
  • Assist with take-out orders and perform assigned side work tasks.
  • Set up and dismantle service stations and support various functions as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior serving experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk on sand throughout shifts and work comfortably outdoors.
  • Outstanding guest service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
