Employee Life Cycle Manager Job Summary

Cameron Healthcare Center is seeking a highly skilled Employee Life Cycle Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and engaging our employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire top talent to meet staffing needs
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are successful
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday and SmartLinx
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
