About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Slot Machine Repair Specialist to join our team at Delaware North. As a key member of our Gaming & Racing division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our slot machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address complex repairs that cannot be completed in the field, working on parts and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions regarding the repair or replacement of machines and parts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of good parts, parts in need of repair, and machines awaiting repair or disposition.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repair and maintenance of our slot machines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of slot machine repair and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
