IT Director

Delaware North is seeking a highly skilled Director of Information Technology to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform necessary upgrades for computer systems, hardware, software, peripherals, operating system patches, and basic network connectivity.
• Manage category 5, category 3, and coax cabling as needed for Telco, network, and video.
• Monitor and take necessary actions for successful daily tape backup operations for all servers and systems supported.
• Assist with the development and administration of computer-related training programs.
• Bid, coordinate, and implement capital improvement projects.
• Oversee team members including development and corrective action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of networking topologies and multiple operating system environments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
