IT Director

The Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our technology team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas.

As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of all technology-related hardware and software, as well as team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform necessary upgrades for computer systems, hardware, software, peripherals, operating system patches, and basic network connectivity
• Manage category 5, category 3, and coax cabling as needed for Telco, network, and video
• Monitor and take necessary actions for successful daily tape backup operations for all servers and systems supported
• Assist with the development and administration of computer-related training programs
• Bid, coordinate, and implement capital improvement projects
• Oversee team members including development and corrective action

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of networking topologies and multiple operating system environments
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
