- Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and partners
- Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to identify areas for improvement
- Help shape the company's long-term sales objectives and determine plans for how to meet them
- Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones
- Attend industry networking events to build a strong network of relationships with existing and target clients
- Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands
- Track emerging markets and trends
- Foster and maintain an innovative growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions
- Identify and recommend new markets and services
- Propose and develop strategic partnerships
- Assist in the process of fulfilling requests for proposals (RFPs)
- 5-10 years' sales or marketing experience
- 3-5 years' supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus
