ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Project Coordinator, you will foster effective environments for content design and development teams to excel. Are you ready to leverage your organizational and interpersonal skills to assist content teams in transforming initial concepts into impactful experiences? You are decisive, efficient, and articulate in your communications. Your proactive approach ensures you are continually seeking clarity and are confident in escalating matters with discretion.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing and updating project status reports and timelines.
  • Facilitating meetings to align expectations with both the team and clients, while consistently updating on progress and next steps.
  • Ensuring a seamless flow of information for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Managing subject matter experts and senior stakeholders' expectations.
  • Tracking multiple digital assets across various initiatives using project management tools.
  • Identifying potential challenges and providing solutions, adjustments, or redirection as necessary.
  • Responding to project fluctuations with adaptability and creativity.

YOU WILL THRIVE WITH US IF YOU POSSESS:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft.
  • A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP or CAPM certification, or a strong desire to obtain such certifications.
  • Three or more years of experience in a sales enablement capacity as a project manager.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Challenger sales methodology or similar frameworks is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of content assets at various production stages.
  • An agile mindset and comfort in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Capability to navigate between strategic planning and tactical execution, tailoring communications to stakeholders accordingly.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the confidence to engage in challenging conversations constructively.
  • A disciplined approach to completing projects within client timelines and scope, with a focus on both audience and business impact.
  • Previous experience with sales enablement and engagement with seller audiences.

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a virtual, temporary, hourly position with a duration of up to 9 months. Candidates should be able to work within the Pacific Time Zone.
