Key Responsibilities- Collect blood donations from donors at mobile blood drives and donor centers
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet collection goals and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports of blood collections
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of general work experience or comparable education in the medical field
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour
