Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist

Getlabs is a leading platform for at-home diagnostics. We partner with healthcare organizations to send mobile phlebotomists to patients' homes to collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. Our mission is to expand access to diagnostics for everyone.
About the Role:We are seeking a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in hospitals, offices, or mobile environments. We require a minimum of three days a week availability during the hours of 5am-9am.
Responsibilities:- Visit patients in their homes or offices, drive to and from appointments, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
- Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
- Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment and maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
- Experience processing samples.
- Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to drive in the dark and physically access patients, including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, and reaching.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
- W2 employment at $18/hr.
