Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service.
  • Team Development: Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing team.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Leadership: Demonstrated passion and leadership skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Personality: A genuine smiling personality.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
