Job Description:

We are seeking a Level II Staff RN to join our team in the internal medicine clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to prioritize, delegate, and supervise work assignments to ensure completion of patient care activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and standards of practice.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or home health/palliative/hospice care.
  • Current Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Estimated Salary Range:$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
