The Opportunity

What You'll Do:

  • Apply advanced analytics to identify and assess potential risks, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategic solutions to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain complex statistical models to forecast financial performance, identify trends, and optimize business outcomes.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and business partners through clear, concise, and actionable reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven decision-making processes and tools to drive business growth and improvement.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical analysis, modeling, and data visualization.
  • Advanced degree or certification in a quantitative field, such as a Master's in Finance or a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Experience with stress testing, CCAR/DFAST, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent data visualization and presentation skills, with experience using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
