We are seeking a passionate and skilled Photo Studio Styling Manager who embodies an inclusive mindset and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring our visual storytelling aligns with our brand's creative vision.

The Photo Studio Styling Manager will lead a talented team of stylists, overseeing the execution of elevated, on-brand imagery. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining styling guides to ensure brand consistency and serve as a resource for team members.

  • Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and techniques relevant to our brand and customer base.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of styling resources and workspaces to ensure readiness for photo shoots.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven expertise in styling with a strong understanding of the nuances required to support multiple brands in a fast-paced production environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in home design, décor, and cultural influences.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively for styling projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Strong independent and collaborative working skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in photography styling and studio operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
