The Aesthetic NP is a critical member of our Chapter team. This position is responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial injectable treatments and energy-based devices. You will delight patients with exceptional guest service, support and participate in sales and marketing strategies, have up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services, and confidently educate patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines.
  • Masterful scope of clinic treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction.
  • Uphold facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems.
  • Educate all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforce benefit of membership to current members.
  • Represent Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances.
  • May travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Nurse Practitioner.
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of assigned territory.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an NP and 1 year aesthetics experience preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Hourly range $55-$60.
