Job Description

At Intercare Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral intervention services to children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide ongoing training and support to families to promote skill development and independence

Requirements:
  • High school diploma with at least one completed college course or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Availability to work variable hours per week, including afternoons and evenings
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • Background check
