Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Support high-volume service during busy brunches, dinners, and lively bar events.
  • Ensure a positive atmosphere by promoting good vibes among guests and staff.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service, particularly in a barback role.
  • Ability to handle trays and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving abilities in dynamic situations.
  • Proficient communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Required Certifications:
  • Food handling certificate/Serv-Safe certification.
  • Responsible Beverage Server Training & ABC certification.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
Pay rate is $17.45 per hour.
