Cypress Woods Care Center Nursing Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cypress Woods Care Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and patients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Assist with medical procedures, including injections, wound care, and other treatments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
