Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to understand their treatment needs and goals, and develop customized therapy plans to help them achieve their mobility objectives.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to arrange follow-up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a supportive presence in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach to care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with patients to discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
  • Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
  • Create a therapy plan tailored to each patient's needs
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to provide follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient therapy and progress

Qualifications

  • State license for occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to remain positive and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
